Fashion

Fashion, especially clothing that is either thrifted, mended or sustainably sourced, has been an interest of mine for many years. In 2020 I began painting on clothes, and fell in love with the tricky medium of painting fabric, playing within the limits of the canvas that is a pair of pants or a shirt. An avid roller skater, I am inspired by flowy movements that I am able to explore while skating, and these movements translate to the swirls I paint on clothing. This fashion is meant to be skated in, played and jumped and run in through the city and the forest, worn and torn and enjoyed thoroughly.
